Maintaining pressure: the hydraulic control one-way valve can maintain the pressure in the oil circuit for a long time, and make up for the short-term insufficient pressure maintenance caused by the gap leakage of the slide valve reversing valve. When the system needs to maintain pressure for a long time, the hydraulic control one-way valve is tightly closed by its cone valve to ensure that the pressure in the oil circuit does not decrease with time.
Support of hydraulic cylinder: In hydraulic cylinder, due to the leakage of slide valve and pipeline, piston and piston rod may slide down under the action of gravity. The hydraulic control one-way valve is connected to the oil path of the lower cavity of the hydraulic cylinder, which can effectively prevent this sliding phenomenon and play a supporting role.
Lock the hydraulic cylinder: when the reversing valve is in the neutral position, the two hydraulically controlled one-way valves are closed, which can tightly seal the oil in the two cavities of the hydraulic cylinder, thus preventing the piston from moving due to external force and ensuring the stability of the hydraulic cylinder in the working process.
Large-flow oil discharge: when the piston of the hydraulic cylinder retreats, the hydraulic control one-way valve can control the pressure oil to open, so that the oil in the right chamber can be discharged smoothly, and the backward speed of the piston can be avoided due to the throttling effect generated by the small-flow slide valve.
As an oil charging valve: During the high-speed descent of the piston of the hydraulic cylinder, the hydraulic control one-way valve can be used as an oil charging valve to supplement the suction and negative pressure caused by high-pressure oil and self-weight to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
Combined into a directional valve: the hydraulic control one-way valve can also be combined with other valves to form a directional valve, realizing more complex hydraulic control functions.
