The air cooler is installed independently and equipped with a bypass valve to pass the oil smoothly in winter.

Liquid level controller, the liquid level controller is provided on the oil tank. When the liquid level is at the lower limit position of the liquid level controller, the oil shortage alarm signal is sent out, and the interlocking oil pump cannot be started.
The temperature transmitter detects the real-time oil temperature of the temperature transmitter to the electronic control unit, so as to determine the heating to start or stop heating or stop the host according to the real-time oil temperature.
Electric heater mainly plays a role of heating oil temperature in the system, and is controlled by the real-time detection of the temperature transmitter, so as to achieve that the machinery can work smoothly in the harsh environment of cold winter.
Safety valve, used to limit the operating pressure of the system to protect the components within the system.
Power unit, composed of bell cover, oil pump, motor, and coupling composed of a group of oil transmission power unit, is one of the important units in the whole system.
Filter. In the system, a set of filters are installed in the outlet pipeline of the oil pump and the oil return pipe terminal are equipped with a large flow filter; the filter has a blocking signal device on the filter. When the filter is blocked and the pressure difference between the filter ends increases, the alarm reminds the staff to clean or replace the filter element as soon as possible. The filter at the oil return end is generally self-made filter, which can be cleaned or replaced regularly.
The air cooler mainly plays the role of heat dissipation in the system, and the friction surface of lubricating parts is the main heat conduction source in mechanical operation. The heat dissipation of the cooler is determined by calculating the calorific value of mechanical lubricating parts. The cooler of this system is installed independently, and the structure is equipped with a bypass valve. The function of the bypass valve is that when the oil freezes in the cooler shell in severe cold winter, the oil can flow through the mechanical lubricating parts through the bypass valve, so as to protect the cooling fin of the cooler shell from being damaged due to the blockage of frozen oil.
Hydraulic valve assembly is the core of the hydraulic system, control the action, pressure and direction, etc.
