Headless screw, as its name implies, is a kind of screw without a head shape, which is mainly used to tightly fix the connection of the hole position with the same countersunk head in the connection mechanism, and plays the roles of locking, simple positioning and limiting. It is a deformed product of ordinary hexagon socket head screw, also known as machine meter screw or top screw.
This kind of screw can be screwed in as a whole, which makes it look flat and beautiful. When using headless screws, first screw the screws into the internal threaded holes of the parts to be fixed, and then press the end of the screws on the surface of another part (or the corresponding pits on the surface), even if the relative positions of the two parts are fixed.
