Composition of hydraulic system:
The hydraulic system consists of hydraulic pump, control valve, hydraulic cylinder, rotary motor, walking motor and hydraulic oil tank.
Hydraulic oil, as working medium, converts mechanical energy into pressure energy under the action of hydraulic pump, and then converts it into mechanical energy through hydraulic motor and hydraulic cylinder to drive excavator to perform work.
Function of oil return pipe:
The oil return pipe is responsible for bringing the hydraulic oil after the actuator works back to the hydraulic oil tank from the working device, rotary device, walking device and other parts.
Keeping a certain back pressure in the oil return pipe can avoid the crawling phenomenon of hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic motor and improve the speed rigidity of the system.
At the same time, the oil return pipe can prevent the pipeline from sucking and cavitation.
The function of back pressure valve:
The back pressure valve is connected in series with the oil return pipeline to control the pressure of hydraulic oil in the oil return pipeline.
When the system pressure is lower than the set pressure, the spring in the back pressure valve makes the diaphragm block the pipeline and maintain the back pressure.
When the system pressure is higher than the set pressure, the diaphragm compresses the spring, the pipeline is connected, and the hydraulic oil returns through the back pressure valve.
Safety and efficiency:
Usually, the oil return pipe will lead out two back pressure valve pipelines with different pressures to improve the safety performance of the hydraulic circuit.
All the hydraulic oil may pass through the cooling system and then be connected to the oil tank to help reduce the oil temperature and improve the overall efficiency of the hydraulic system.
