II. the grinding and scraping of the thrust bearing During the operation of the crusher, the upper circular plate of the thrust bearing is connected with the hollow eccentric shaft 1 with a pin and rotates with it; The lower three-jaw circular plate 5 is embedded with the bottom cover 7 through the peripheral three claws; While the middle circular plate 3 and the middle circular plate slide relatively. Then a total of three groups of contact surfaces, that is, between parts, between parts 3 and 4, and between parts 4 and 5, need to be scraped to ensure their good running state. The purpose of grinding and scraping is to make the plane bearing press evenly and create conditions for good liquid lubrication. The whole process can be divided into two parts: rough scraping and fine scraping. When grinding and scraping, the planeness of the two contact surfaces can be checked first, and the two contact surfaces can be detected by red lead powder even and Bo Tu, so that the two contact surfaces can be rotated clockwise at first, and the second grinding can be rotated counter-clockwise, and then cross grinding can be carried out. Then start rough scraping. When scraping, you can use a 25mm flat shovel or a slightly larger caliber. During rough scraping, all the contact surfaces after grinding shall be scraped, and those that are not touched shall not be scraped, and the movement distance of the tool path shall not be greater than 25mm, and the scraped tool path shall be hooked. Repeatedly scraping after grinding. Some contact points can be reserved every scraping. When the two contact points are basically evenly distributed, the oil storage points can be finely scraped by the monthly shovel. At this time, it should be noted that the larger the diameter, the better the distribution points of contact points are required. Repeatedly finish scraping after grinding, so that the contact point between the two contact surfaces is required to be no less than 3 points every 25mmX25mm. The grinding and scraping of the three contact surfaces can be done in the same way as above. Considering the different materials of each round plate, the round plate with hard material can be selected for grinding and scraping first, and this can be used as the datum. Uneven contact points or too many or too few contact points on the contact surface will affect the flat running state of the plane bearing. In the field troubleshooting, it was found many times that the motion speed of the three-jaw circular plate was not zero, which forcibly damaged the circumferential three claws on the three-jaw circular plate, aggravated the circumferential wear of the circular plate (friction plate), and changed from circular to irregular oval after wear, which led to the failure of the crusher or caused the phenomenon of "runaway".
