Relief valve, also known as safety valve, is a kind of hydraulic control valve, which can automatically open and close according to the working pressure of the system. It is generally installed on the equipment or pipeline of a closed system to protect the safety of the system.
The pressure relief valve is composed of needle valve, pressure gauge, main valve, pilot valve and connecting pipe. The main valve is divided into an upper part and a lower part by a diaphragm. The lower cavity of the diaphragm is a water flow channel and the upper cavity is a control room, which controls the opening and closing of the main valve disc. The pilot valve itself is a pressure relief valve, which has a control room and a water flow channel. The opening and closing of the valve disc is controlled by the control room, and the needle valve is the throttle valve, which controls the flow of liquid in the connecting pipe.
