Safty valve, also known as pressure relief valve, is a valve that is kept closed by spring, heavy hammer or other means and automatically opens when the pressure exceeds a given value, which belongs to automatic valves.
The safety valve plays an important role in protecting the safety of equipment, controlling the pressure not to exceed the specified value, and plays an important role in protecting personal safety and equipment operation. The safety valve can only be used after pressure test.
The pressure relief valve is composed of needle valve, pressure gauge, main valve, pilot valve and connecting pipe. The main valve is divided into an upper part and a lower part by a diaphragm. The lower cavity of the diaphragm is a water flow channel and the upper cavity is a control room, which controls the opening and closing of the main valve disc. The pilot valve itself is a pressure relief valve, which has a control room and a water flow channel. The opening and closing of the valve disc is controlled by the control room, and the needle valve is the throttle valve, which controls the flow of water in the connecting pipe.
