The main function of pressure switch in mining machinery and equipment is to detect, display, alarm and control signal output to ensure the normal operation of the system. It collects and processes data through a high-speed MCU, and is compensated by a built-in precision sensor to realize high-precision monitoring and control of pressure or liquid level signals. Pressure switches are widely used in automation systems such as chemical industry, machinery, hydrology, electric power and environmental protection, and are used to measure and control the pressure of gas or liquid.
When the pressure in the system is higher or lower than the rated safety pressure, the sensor in the pressure switch will move instantaneously, and the switch connector will be pushed on or off through the connecting guide rod. When the pressure drops or rises to the rated recovery value, the disc will reset instantly and the switch will reset automatically. Simply put, when the measured pressure exceeds the rated value, the free end of the elastic element will displace, directly or after comparison, push the switching element to change the on-off state of the switching element, thus controlling the measured pressure.
