Unlike bonded seals where the rubber to metal bond can fail, resulting in leaks and lack of bearing protection, the 17-107-676-004 OIL seal performance is assured with our unique assembled combination of a sealing element, heavy duty metal case, metal filler ring, and brass insert with a special interlocked garter and finger spring.
For longer seal life, choose a MILL-RIGHT™ ES lip for 93% improvement in abrasion resistance compared to standard nitrile seals and 300ºF (150ºC) continuous temperature resistance. Upgrade to a MILL-RIGHT™ V lip for 400ºF (204ºC) continuous operating temperature.
