Application of hydraulic hose
The products are mainly used in mine hydraulic supports and oil field exploitation, and are suitable for conveying petroleum-based (such as mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil and lubricating oil) and water-based liquids (such as emulsion, oil-water emulsion, etc.) with certain pressure (higher pressure) and temperature in engineering construction, lifting transportation, metallurgical forging, mining equipment, 60MPa, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, various machine tools and mechanized and automatic hydraulic systems of various industrial departments.
Precautions for hydraulic hoses

Second, the hose in use and design should pay attention to the following items:
1. The bending radius of the hose should not be too small, generally not less than the value specified in Technical Features of Hydraulic Hose Assembly. There should be a straight section at the joint between the hose assembly and the pipe joint, and the length of this section should not be less than twice the outer diameter of the pipe.
2. The length of the hose assembly should take into account that the hose will shrink and deform after the pressure oil is introduced, and the general shrinkage is 3 ~ 4% of the length of the hose. Therefore, when the hose assembly is installed, it is not allowed to be in a tight state.
3. The hose assembly shall be installed without torsional deformation. The joint axis of the hose should be placed in the plane of movement as far as possible to avoid damage to the hose when the two ends move with each other.
4. The rubber hose should avoid contact and friction with sharp corners on the machinery to avoid damage to the hose.
Safety measures of hydraulic hose
In order to ensure the safe and reliable use of the hose assembly, special attention should be paid to the following matters.
1. Pressure: Under normal circumstances, the specified working pressure of the hose can not be less than the maximum system pressure, and it can only be increased by 20% if it is not used frequently; For those who use it frequently and often bend and twist, it should be reduced by 40%. If the impact pressure of the system is higher than the specified working pressure of the hose, it will not only reduce the service life of the hydraulic hose, but also lead to personal and equipment accidents.
2. Temperature: The fluid temperature and the ambient temperature, whether stable or instantaneous, shall not exceed the temperature resistance limit of the hose, and the temperature shall be lower or higher than the recommended temperature of the hose, which may reduce the performance of the hose, cause damage to the hose and cause leakage.
3. Fluid compatibility: The fluid in the hose should meet the requirements in the "Usage" in the product sample, and the service life and safety of the pipe cannot be guaranteed if it is used beyond the requirements.
4. Appropriate end connection: The nut is widely used because of its convenient connection and low cost. However, in the case of large vibration, the loose nut should be fully considered and blue connection should be adopted.
